You retain full ownership of your submitted materials. We do not claim rights over your content.

3. Payment Terms

To begin any project, a 50% upfront payment (Deposit) is required — or full payment in advance, in some circumstances, if agreed. We do not start any work until this initial payment is received.

The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion, before the final delivery of files, access credentials, or publishing the website live.

If the client provides hosting or domain login details in advance, these will be used strictly for development purposes. No live publishing or handover will occur until full payment is received.

If the client chooses not to pay the remaining 50%, we reserve the right to withhold delivery of the project and to retain the initial deposit as compensation for time and resources invested.

All payment terms and timelines will be confirmed in writing before any work begins.

4. Revisions and Delivery

Each project includes a specified number of revisions. Requests beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

After project completion ongoing support is not included unless separately agreed.

5. Content Deletion

Once your website is complete and delivered:

  • All files and information provided will be permanently deleted

  • This occurs automatically unless you request we retain them for future updates

A confirmation of deletion can be provided in written format upon request.

6. Tools and Platforms

We use professional design and development tools, such as:

  • Hosting platforms

  • Content management systems (CMS)

  • Custom design frameworks

  • Third-party plugins and integrations

These are chosen based on your needs and may vary by project.

7. Intellectual Property & Site Usage

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, layout, and design — is the property of launchmysite.net, unless otherwise stated.

Visitors may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any material from this site

  • Use our images, graphics, or videos without permission

  • Attempt to access or exploit backend systems or content

Unauthorized use or reproduction of any part of this site is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Hosting/server issues after handover
